The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) has voted to remove Türkiye from its "gray" list. The corresponding information was confirmed by the Minister of Finance of the republic on July 1.

"No country had any objections. The decision to remove Türkiye from the FATF gray list was made unanimously",

Mehmet Şimşek said.

He emphasized that after being removed from the list into which the republic was included in the autumn of 2021, it would be able to accelerate the influx of foreign capital and improve the investment climate.
