Turkey maintains contact with its citizens taken hostage in Mali

The Turkish authorities are maintaining contact with the two citizens of the republic that are still in the hands of the terrorists who seized hostages today at a hotel in the capital of Mali, Bamako, the Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated.

"Out of seven of our citizens who were taken hostage in Mali, five have been rescued. We are in contact with the two of our citizens who are still held hostage. They're alright," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
