Minister of Treasury and Finance of Turkey Nureddin Nebati assured that Russian tourists will be able to use bank cards of the Mir payment system during their holidays in the republic.
According to him, despite the current restrictions on VISA and Mastercard, the Russians will not have problems with spending.
Nebati stressed that today the share of enterprises that cooperate with the Russian payment system is about 15% in the country.
Experts note that it is now possible to pay for purchases with the Mir card in Turkey in the devices of Vakif Bank, Is Bankasi and Ziraat Bankasi, RIA Novosti reports.
