Turkish Air Force causes serious damage to Kurdish militants, media reports

The Turkish Air Force delivered a serious strike to positions of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), which is banned in Turkey. According to the Ministry of Defence of Turkey, more than 90 people in Tunceli province in the east of the country were killed during the air strikes, as well as in northern Iraq, the Turkish newspaper Sabah reports.

The crews of two F-16 fighters killed between 30 and 35 Kurdish militants in Tunceli in response to the murder of the police officer.
