Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that he sees positive developments in relations between Moscow and Ankara.
"At the first phase after after the incident with the downed warplane the Russian side acted emotionally, but at the moment Moscow's actions have become more deliberate. Which is a sign of positive developments," he said.
At the same time, the Minister of Foreign Affairs noted that the trial against Alparslan Celik, who shot the pilot of the Russian Su-24, Oleg Peshkov, will be held according to the legal norms of Turkey.
According to Cavusoglu, Moscow should realize that Turkey is the only NATO country, which does not support Western sanctions, therefore "if Russia takes steps, the relations will improve," NEWS.am reports.
