UN Secretary General António Guterres discussed with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan further actions on the food deal, the UN's press service reports.
"The Secretary General met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the parties discussed the consequences of the conflict in Ukraine, as well as further actions on the Black Sea Grain Initiative, as well as ensuring the access of Russian grain and fertilizers to world markets", RIA Novosti reports.
Guterres and Erdoğan also exchanged views on the situation in Syria and Libya and discussed cooperation between the UN and Türkiye, the UN notes.
