Guests of the Grand Yazici Mares five-star hotel, located in the Turkish resort of Icmeler (7km west of Marmaris), were frightened by actors who simulated an ISIS-style attack on the hotel.
The staff in typical clothes and fake beards stormed a recreational area by the pool, where the guests were peacefully sunbathing, and began swinging weapons. In addition, they sprinkled the guests from canisters allegedly containing fuel and threatened to set them on fire. In fact, the canisters were filled with plain water, but the tourists were horrified, Russia Today reports.
