Two earthquakes hit Iran

An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 points on the Richter scale was registered 182 km south-east of the Iranian city of Ahvaz at a depth of 10km, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre ( EMSC) said.

The next earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 points was registered 180 km east of Tehran at a depth of 8km.

There were no reports of casualties or damage.
