The Russian personnel of the joint Russian-Turkish center arrived on duty, Colonel Mikhail Zavalkin, representative of the Russian side of the joint Russian-Turkish center told the Vestnik Kavkaza correspondent in an exclusive interview.
"The main task of the center will be to monitor compliance with the ceasefire regime and all hostilities on the line of contact. The center is provided with all necessary weapons, military equipment and materiel. Monitoring of compliance with the ceasefire regime will be carried out and controlled by the the shift on duty with the help of the Forpost and Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)”, the representative of the Russian personnel informed.
