UEFA vice-president Grigory Surkis has said that Frantisek Laurinets, a member of the executive committee of the organization, has been appointed as a the special representative of UEFA to Crimea.
A meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee took place today. One of the issues was the appointment of a special representative of UEFA to Crimea for further development of football on the peninsula.
