Speaking at a memorial event for the Khojaly massacre, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Robert Sekuta noted the need to remember the tragedies of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
"The tragedies that took place must be remembered in order to avoid tragedies in the future. It is necessary to make efforts for an armistice,'' the Twitter page of the US Embassy reports.
