US: Erdogan's claim ludicrous

The US State Department has rejected the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's claim that the US-led coalition forces have helped support terrorists in Syria – including ISIS as "ludicrous".

US State Department spokesman Mark Toner there was no was basis for such an accusation.

Earlier,  Erdogan said that he has uncovered evidence that the US-led coalition forces had given support to a variety of militant groups, including Isis Kurdish outfits YPG and PYD.
