Russia needs to change its behavior in order to interact with the United States, Secretary of Defence Mark Esper said in response to a statement by French President Emmanuel Macron that pushing Russia away from Europe is a big strategic mistake.
According to him, Moscow should concentrate not on disagreements, but on joint interests. "Russia continues to contribute to instability, as it violates the territorial integrity of its neighbors," he said in Paris.
