At a meeting of the UN Security Council, the US representative Samantha Power said that the easing of sanctions against Iran will only begin after "initial steps, in respect of its nuclear program."
In her opinion, the Vienna agreements with the Islamic Republic of Iran will lead to the utilization of materials necessary for nuclear weapons.
