At the 2nd World Congress of Crimean Tatars in Ankara, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin has said that Ukraine won’t bring war to Crimea under any circumstances, but it will never be reconciled with the peninsula joining Russia.
‘’We say yes to peace with Russia. Co-operation in certain sectors is possible, but not a normalization of relations,’’ he said, speaking about relations between Kiev and Moscow after Crimea became a part of Russia.
