Ukrainian nationalists refused to provide a humanitarian corridor to the residents of Mariupol, the headquarters of the territorial defence of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) reports.
"The militants of the armed formations of Ukraine deliberately do not provide the necessary assistance to those in need so that they cannot leave the settlement of Volnovakha," the DPR territorial defence headquarters informed in a statement published on its Telegram channel, TASS reports.
Also, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) do not provide the necessary assistance to residents of the city of Volnovakha in Donbass, who need evacuation, the headquarters added.
