Ukraine’s CEC announces official results of early parliamentary elections

In the special elections to the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine held on July 21, the Servant of the People party won with 43.16% of the vote, the head of the CEC of Ukraine, Tatyana Slipachuk said today, summing up the official results of the parliamentary elections.

According to the results of the elections, four more parties went to the parliament: Opposition Platform - For Life received 13.05% of the vote, Fatherland party led by former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko - 8.18%, Ex-President Petro Poroshenko’s  European Solidarity party - 8.10% and musician Svyatoslav Vakarchuk’s The Voice party received 5.82% of the vote, TASS reports.
