The ships of the State Border Service of Ukraine carried out planned checks in the Azov and Black Seas’ areas, the press service of the Ukrainian department reports.
"During the week, the Maritime Security of the State Border Service of Ukraine carried out planned checks in the Azov and Black Seas," the report says.
The report reads that during service the border guards checked the order of navigation, as well as compliance with the regime of the state border and the adjacent area by foreign and Ukrainian ships, monitored the situation in the north-western part of the exclusive (maritime) economic zone of Ukraine and areas of industrial activity.
