Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev has assumed that the annual budget rule will be extended to the next years.
Earlier, it was decided to abandon the three-year budget in 2016 and return to the planning of expenditure and income for one year.
In addition, the new budget will be introduced for discussion in the Duma later than usual.
"I'm not sure that this is only for one year", Ulyukayev commented the ‘new’ fiscal rule.
