Adverse weather conditions have significantly slowed the traffic in the direction of the Georgian-Russian border, on the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway, a statement posted on the website of the Department of Roads of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia reads.
Cars with trailers and semi-trailers are not allowed to pass the Gudauri-Kobi site of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars highway. Buses with capacity for more than 30 places are allowed to pass the tunnels protected from avalanches only in one way.
