The average price of Urals oil in 2021 reached $69 per barrel, according to the Russian Ministry of Finance.
According to the ministry, the average price for Urals oil in January-December 2021 was $69 per barrel, in January-December 2020 - $41.73 per barrel.
It was noted that this indicator turned out to be higher than the pre-pandemic one. Thus, in 2019, the oil price was $63.59 per barrel.
"The average price for Urals oil in December 2021 was $72.71 per barrel, which is 1.5 times higher than in December 2020 ($49.37 per barrel)," the ministry reported.
