Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov has provided financial support to the Russian Football Union (RFU) amounting to 1 billion rubles.
"I gave financial support to the RAF amounting to 1 billion rubles without compensation. I consider it is important that our state and Russian public organizations can fulfill their obligations to foreign experts,’’ Sports.ru cites him as saying.
