According to the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan, the information spread in social networks about a new missile attack from the territory of Afghanistan is a fake.
"Information about an alleged third rocket attack on the territory of Uzbekistan from Afghanistan was spread on social networks.This information is false and absolutely not true", the Department's Telegram-channel says.
The Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan also stressed that the Uzbek-Afghan border is under the full control of the Uzbek army and the situation on it remains stable.
Let us remind you that on July 5, five rockets allegedly flew from Afghanistan to Uzbekistan, falling in uninhabited border areas.
