Vandals damaged the "Reader" monument in Yerevan

In Yerevan unknown vandals have disfigured the monument "Reader", the Armenian media write about it.

The sculpture was erected near the children's library in 2013. The criminals "tore off" one of the bronze books from it, Sputnik Armenia reports.

The monument is popular among tourists: they like to be photographed on books under the "turned on" table lamp.
