Iran has cancelled a conference on work with foreign investors in the oil and gas industry in London, scheduled for February, referring to problems with obtaining visas, Reuters reported.
"The London conference is cancelled for us because the British Embassy in Tehran can't issue visas for representatives of Iranian companies," RIA Novosti quoted the deputy head of the National Iranian Oil Company NIOC, Ali Cardor, as saying.
According to the Seda publication, the Iranian delegates have to obtain visas through third countries.
