The authorities of North Ossetia plan to create an Alanian-style ethnic theme park in Vladikavkaz. The head of the republic, Vyacheslav Bitarov, presented the amusement park project at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), the press service of the head of North Ossetia reported.
The idea of the park is to show the cultures and ethnic groups of the North Caucasus. There will be attractions, hotels and shops, and investors are ready to invest 10 billion rubles in the project.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic and the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alanja under the President of the Russian Federation, Boris Dzhanaev, major investors from other regions are ready to invest hundreds of millions of rubles in the republic.
