Today, the head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Vladimir Puchkov, sent a telegram to his colleague from Azerbaijan, Kyamaledin Heydarov, with condolences in connection with a fire in Baku. The relevant information was published on the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation.
"With deep sorrow, I received the news of the fire that occurred in the Khatai district of Baku, which resulted in numerous human casualties. I express my sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Emergency situations and on my own behalf and wish you a speedy recovery. We mourn together with you," the message reads.
