Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in the capital of Azerbaijan for a working visit. He plans to address the Russia-Azerbaijan Interregional Forum and meet his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
Before the official event, Putin and Aliyev will visit the last day of the 32nd Judo Championships in Baku.
The Russian leader was met at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Azerbaijan's first Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and other officials, Trend reported.
