Russian President Vladimir Putin has met with a holder of the Nobel Peace Prize, former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. It is known that the meeting took place at the presidential residence in Novo-Ogaryovo.
"This conversation is the continuation of a longtime friendly dialogue between President Putin and Henry Kissinger, who have a long-standing relationship, and they are constantly communicating, using the opportunity to talk," the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov said.
It is worth noting that it is not the first meeting between Putin and Kissinger. Earlier, Putin noted that the former head of US diplomacy is a man whose assessments of the development of the political situation in the world are always heard in Moscow, TASS reports.
