Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a greeting to the participants, organizers and guests of Novaya Volna 2019 music contest, the president’s telegram was posted on the Kremlin website.
"This popular creative forum has long been an integral part of modern pop culture and for many years has made a significant contribution to the development of international humanitarian cooperation, strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between people," the president said, TASS reports.
