Acting head of Dagestan Vladimir Vasiliev, Prime Minister Artem Zdunov and Interior Minister Abdurashid Magomedov visited the village of Sergokala.
The officials laid flowers to the memorial board installed on the house where Hero of Russia Magomed Nurbagandov lived, talked with his parents over a cup of tea, RIA Dagestan writes.
Magomed Nurbagandov was shot dead by bandits on July 10, 2016.
Nurbagandov was awarded posthumously the Hero of Russia title by the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
