The Chairman of the state corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank), Vladimir Dmitriev, was dismissed by the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
By another decree the head of state appointed Sberbank Vice President Sergei Gorkov to the post, the Kremlin press service reports.
Sergei Gorkov was born on December 1, 1968 in the Orenburg region. In 1994 he graduated from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, in 2002 he graduated from the Russian Economic Academy of Plekhanov.
