The US is ready to interact with Russia on strategic stability issues, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said addressing the participants of the UN Conference on Disarmament.
"We are ready to involve Russia in negotiations on strategic stability regarding arms control and emerging issues [related to] security," TASS quotes him as saying.
The diplomat added that Washington wants to interact with everyone, including Moscow and Beijing, in developing norms of behavior in space.
