Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan paid a working visit to New York from July 15-16.
The diplomat participated in the Ministerial Segment of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development.
"Armenia remains committed to delivering on the promise of the SDGs and making real changes for its people by building strong democratic institutions, safeguarding human rights and the rule of law, fostering social inclusion, gender equality and empowerment of youth. People are central in our Government's efforts to advance the implementation of the 2030 Agenda," Mirzoyan said.
The Armenian FM held meetings with Oman's Minister of Economy Said Mohammed Al Saqri and with UN Deputy Secretary General, Executive Secretary of the UN Economic Commission for Europe Tatyana Molchan.
