Russia’s Central Election Commission (CEC) registered Grigory Yavlinsky (Yabloko), Boris Titov (Party of Growth), Sergei Baburin (Russian All People’s Union) as presidential candidates.
According to the CEC, 1.07% of signatures of the 105,000 submitted to the CEC by Yavlinsky had been found to be invalid, 4.5% (2611) of signatures of the 105,000 submitted by Titov had been found to be invalid, 3.18% (21908) of signatures of the 105,000 submitted by Titov had been found to be invalid.
The Russian presidential election is scheduled to be held on March 18.
