The Yemeni authorities have agreed to negotiate between the Houthi rebels and former President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
It was reported that talks are to be held with the assistance of the United Nations.
"It was decided to take part in the negotiations, and a letter will be sent to the UN Secretary General,’’ the spokesman of the government Radzheh Badi said.
