In North Ossetia, the restoration of the mentoring system in medical institutions is underway. In the framework of the mentorship, young doctors will be trained by the best and most experienced specialists of the republic, director-general of the Regional Development Agency, Alexander Pliev said.
According to him, doctors’ mentor work and their students' results will be taken in account in assessing their categories, TASS reports.
