Russia's State Duma passed in the third reading a bill on raising of the youth limitating age from 30 to 35 years, according to the official website of the lower house of Russian parliament.
The youth age increment up to 35 years will allow young people use the state support measures including receipt of grants on the results of All-Russia Young People’s Projects Contest, an explanatory note to the bill reads.
The youth category, under the bill, will include people aged from 14 to 35. The document has been drafted in accordance with amendments to the Russian Constitution.
