Yefim Pivovarov, Chairman of the Russian-Azerbaijani Friendship Association, head of the Russian State University for the Humanities, a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, has published a monograph entitled “Russian-Azerbaijani relations (90s of the 20th century – early 21st century)”, Trend reports.
The work describes the history of relations between the two states in the last 20 years. This includes bilateral and multilateral cooperation, collaborations in the UN, OSCE and regional integration groups.
A special section of the book describes the Caspian problem, business and socio-cultural ties.
Yefim Pivovarov, a notable Russian historian, gives detailed analyses of cooperation of the two states in politics, economics and humanitarian sphere. The author describes the mechanism of strategic partnership of Azerbaijan and Russia.
