Georgia’s foreign turnover increases by 15%

Georgian foreign trade turnover increased by 15% from January to March 2010 in comparison with the same period of the previous year, Rosbalt reports.

In the first three months of this year the country's foreign turnover reached $1.36 billion, including $339 million of exports, a 55% increase year-on-year.

The import rate has also increased by 6%. The trade balance remains negative, athough it was reduced by 9%.
