Train stations are being reconstructed in Grozny and Gudermes. Sergey Kurdyumov, deputy head of the North Caucasus Railway, and Usman Rassukhanov, the Chechen minister for finances, have discussed the reconstruction process.As Rassukhanov noted, preliminary information on financing of the reconstruction will be presented in mid-November. The information will be presented at the Russian Ministry for Finances to take it into account during formation of the next year’s budget.
