British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said that the negotiations on the fate of Syria and Bashar Assad should be held with the participation of Russia and Iran.
"We believe that Syria's future cannot be associated with Assad," he said. However, he noted that "it is very important to continue the dialogue on this issue" with Tehran and Moscow, TASS reports
