Heads of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey and Serbia discuss problems of stability in Balkans

Turkish President Abdullah Gul is travelling to Belgrade on Monday, where he will attend the second meeting of the tripartite mechanism involving the leaders of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, TRT reports.

The participants at the meeting will consider ways of ensuring durable peace, stability and prosperity in the Balkans, as well as issues relating to the three countries.

The first meeting with the leaders of Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia took place on 24 April 2010 in Istanbul. The meeting was concluded by adopting the Istanbul Declaration, under which the parties committed themselves to act in defense of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with international law.
