Pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party's co-chairman Selahattin Demirtaş made a statement regarding the situation with democracy and ethnic minorities' rights in Turkey, Hurriyet Daily News reports.
He said some parts Turkey need autonomy. He said that Turkish Kurdistan should have it's own government and prime minister.
“The democratic autonomy we have been proposing is the solution to all problems,” Demirtaş said. “Ankara should not run everything,” he added.
