South Ossetia has limited entry to the country due to the elections, Foreign Minister Murat Jidoyev said, OsRadio reports.
Entry was restricted for foreigners and apatrides. Russians serving at the fourth military base in South Ossetia, FSB officers and Russian workers will have no restrictions, RIA Novosti reports.
South Ossetia will hold presidential polls on November 13. The Central Electoral Committee refused to register Chief Coach of the Russian national team Dzambolat Tedeyev on September 30. 150 protesters arrived at a government building and tried to break in. 34 were detained, 30 will undergo administrative trials.
