Dmitry Demushkin, a nationalist, leader of the Russkiye Movement, who had been planning the Russky Marsh (Russian March) has been released on recognizance not to leave city, Gazeta.ru reports.
He was detained over a military case and accused of involvement in disorders in Moscow. He was charged on three cases.
Demushking was questioned on Wednesday. He refused to answer on cases initiated in May and October 2011.
Demushkin has been detained numerous times but has not been sentenced. Media say he might be cooperating with the police. Nationalists deny such beliefs.
