Russian and Armenian President Vladimir Putin and Serzh Sargsyan will meet in Moscow on August 8 to discuss bilateral political, humanitarian and trade-economic cooperation, the Kremlin reports.
Russia is the main foreign investor and a key trade partner of Armenia. Russia has invested over $2.8 billion in Armenia. The two states had a trade turnover of $434.8 million in January-May 2012.
The presidents will discuss Eurasian integration of Russia and Armenia within the framework of the CIS and CSTO and talk about international and regional problems, including the situation in Trans-Caucasus.
