Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russia will have military factories built on their territories, Izvestia reports.
Press secretary of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Vladimir Zaynetdinov confirmed that the states were planning construction of joint military factories.
Vladimir Gutenev, Vice President of the Union of Machinery and deputy head of the Russian parliamentary committee for industry, emphasized that the idea was promising and should help develop the ties formed by the Soviet Union.
