Turkey and Serbia introduce visa-free regime

Turkey and Serbia have signed a visa-free regime treaty, Andolulu news agency reports. The agreement was signed in Belgrade by Turkish premier Recep Erdogan and his Serbian counterpart Mirko Tsvetkovich.
On the sidelines of his visit to Serbia, Erdogan attended the commemorations in Srebrenica, where 775 victims of the genocide were buried.
Erdogan, who placed a wreath at the monument erected in memory of the victims, delivered a speech, reports TRT.
He said our brothers deprived of even a tombstone are being sent off to eternity, and added that although there is no doubt they are martyrs, they are not dead and are living in our hearts.
Erdogan placed emphasis on peace in his speech and said the dignity of mankind had been seriously damaged in Srebrenica. He added that Srebrenica was a black mark in the history of the Balkans and stressed that Turkey will never forget or cause this black mark to slide into oblivion, in order that this suffering never be re-experienced and ethnic cleansings never to exist in any part of the world.
Prime Minister Erdogan said that everyone feels the pang of sorrow for the dead in their hearts and tears are shed in the 81 provinces of Turkey.
Following the speeches, a funeral ceremony was held in absentia for the 775 people.
Prime Minister Erdogan later proceeded to the Serbian capital Belgrade and attended a dinner given in his honour by Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic.
