Ministers will make monthly reports and have personal meetings with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Fulfillment of the president's orders is supervised by Constantine Chuychenko's office, Izvestia cites Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
Reports will be based on decrees Putin signed on his inauguration. Education Minister Dmitry Livanov, Labour Minister Maksim Topilin and Minister for Healthcare and Social Development Veronika Skvortsova will meet Putin at the end of the month.
High-ranking officials of the Russian Presidential Administration gave Izvestia an unofficial rating of Russian ministers. They called 7 ministers hard-working, 9 sustainable and 5 inefficient.
The 5 are Minister for the Far East Affairs Victor Ishayev, Education Minister Dmitry Livanov, Minister for Regional Development Igor Slyunyayev, Minister for Transportation Maksim Sokolov and Minister for Labour Maksim Topilin.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that it was his job to rate the efficiency of ministers.
